  • Once the Snagit folder has been backed up, right click on it in the registry editor and choose delete.
  • Right click the Snagit folder and choose export, and save it to your desktop.

    Yea it's two extra clicks to manually select my new preset, but it works.Īnd I also briefly looked at the Chrome extension named "Go Full Page" mentioned above. The preset is -> Image tab, and "selection" is "scrolling window". My usable workaround is a new preset that I aptly named "Image with Scrolling Window". This is definitely an internal Snag-It program bug related to the "ALL-IN-ONE" preset & Chrome.

The problem: In your Chrome browser, during capture, the ARROWS do indeed become visible in the browser's "client window" but only when you hover your mouse over the very top of the Chrome app window. ALL-IN-ONE is broken, it does not do Scrolling Window captures in Chrome anymore It's a silly issue really and should be easily fixable if someone at TechSmith gave it any attention.
